I offer dog training based on force-free and stress-free methods. Depending on the training required, it can be command-free or based on positive reinforcement methods. If you'd like more details, you can click here.
My trainings are adapted to your dog's age, needs and abilities. Part of dog training is also about training ourselves, understanding how to communicate with our dogs, how to provide them what they need, make them happy and increase their confidence.
Check below the trainings I offer for puppies and adults dogs:

Potty-training
Solutions
I train potty-training and cleanliness related trainings..
Bite inhibition
Puppies learn from their mother what is the ok intensity of biting. However, at eight weeks old, when we usually adopt them, they are not fully trained and their sharp teeth may be hurtful. We can teach your dog what is ok biting and what is not.
Reactivity
(Re)Discover the joy of being with your dog, knowing he can cope with his environment.
Anxiety
Is your dog struggling with anxieties such as separation anxiety? Help your dog develop into a confident dog, Anxiety, like fear and aggression has some underlying causes. Together, we can explore the roots and solve this issue.
Mental activity
I offer mental activities, such as nose-work and enrichment activities. This is a fun-way to bond with your dog! It has many other benefits. For instance, it has a calming effect and helps build self-confidence. I include some enrichment in almost any of my trainings.
Recall
Leash-walking
Strategies
Would you like your dog to come back to you when calling his name? Recall is important to ensure your dog's safety if they escape their harness, or if they are walked off-leash for instance.
Enjoy walking your dog on a loose leash.
Socialization
Loneliness
Socialization usually starts with puppies, however it is never too late to help your dog cope with its environment.
Aggressivity
We sometimes believe that our dogs are aggressive because they already bite, growled or showed teeth. However, most often than not, aggression is not a stable trait, but rather a characteristics that emerged in a specific context. It may be caused by fear or pain for instance.
Feel confident to go out knowing your dog is doing well. Remember that adult dogs need to access the bathroom at least every eight hours, and that puppies usually need around five months of continuous care before being left alone.
Barking
Barking is part of a dog's language, and it can mean many things. You dog may be excited, or maybe alert, perhaps they are trying to dissuade someone or a dog from coming closer? I can help you undertand what your dog is telling you and how to best answer it.

Fear
Help your dog regain confidence and enjoy a fear-less life.. I train with gradual desensitization and counter-conditionning methods. I am against the use of adversive methods such as flooding.
Medical training
I offer medical training based on cooperative care methods, so your dog and you can experience stress-less medical visits.
Grooming training
I offer grooming training based on cooperative care methods, so you can clip your dog's nails, or brush your dog in a calm context.
What about obeidance?
In my training, we do not practice obedience per se, which does not mean you cannot have a well-educated pupp. Instead of creating a compliant dog, I will help you build a confident, happy, well-mannered dog based on mutual understanding and respect.
Did you know that some obedience training does not respect dog's needs? For instance, prolonged or continuous heel-walking does not provide an appropriate setting for dogs to answer their needs, such as sniffing, exploring, or socializing. Repeated sitting down can cause physical and mobility issues. Moreover, obedience training relies primarily on the use of verbal clues ("sit," "leave it") or at least human intervention so the dog performs a specific behavior. However, we often expect our dogs to be autonomous and experience certain emotions rather than provide a particular behavior. For example, If you go to a coffee, you would probably enjoy your dog being calm enough to rest, rather than tell him to sit down on demand and feel overly excited. Many of my trainings are command-free and focused on emotions rather than behaviors. Give it a thought: how many times did you ask your dog to sit down or lay down just for these behaviors? How often did you ask your dog to sit or lay down so he would be calmer and patient? Did that calm your dog down? What would have happened if you did not ask for it?
